# Placing hand on the place of pain

> بِسْمِ اللَّهِ (ثَلَاثًا) أَعُوذُ بِعِزَّةِ اللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ

## Transliteration

Bismillah (thalathan) a'udhu bi'izzatillahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhir

## English meaning

In the name of Allah (3 times). I seek refuge in the might and power of Allah from the evil of what I feel and fear.

## When is it recited?

Place the right hand on the area of pain and recite 7 times.
