# Surahs of refuge

> قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ • قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ

## Transliteration

Qul a'udhu birabbil-falaq. Qul a'udhu birabbin-nas

## English meaning

Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas are the greatest protection from whisperings.

## When is it recited?

Morning, evening, before sleep.

## Its virtue

These two surahs protect from the evil of magicians and devils.
