It opens with Rajab and contains the blessed nights of Raghaib, Mi'raj, Bara'ah, and Laylat al-Qadr. ### Laylat al-Raghaib — 2026-12-10 Laylat al-Raghaib is the first Thursday-to-Friday night of Rajab and the first blessed night of the Three Months. The name speaks of things longed for; the night is spent in repentance, supplication, and voluntary worship. ### Laylat al-Mi'raj — 2027-01-04 Laylat al-Mi'raj, the night of 27 Rajab, commemorates the Prophet's (pbuh) Night Journey and Ascension. The five daily prayers were ordained on this night, which is honoured with prayer, repentance, and supplication. ### Laylat al-Bara'ah — 2027-01-22 Laylat al-Bara'ah is the night of mid-Sha'ban. Its name speaks of absolution: tradition presents it as a night of forgiveness and mercy, a turning point of preparation one month before Ramadan. ### Start of Ramadan — 2027-02-08 Ramadan is the month in which the Quran began to be revealed and fasting was ordained.
