The Creator
The One who brings into existence from nothing, decreeing and fashioning all things according to His perfect will.
Haşr 59:24
Virtue
Al-Khaliq declares that Allah brings being out of non-being, decrees the measure of each thing, and is the sole Source of every existing reality. From the smallest atom to the most distant star, the heavens, the earth, and every seen and unseen realm trace their being to Him. The Prophet (peace be upon him) taught that Allah's existence precedes all things, that He was when nothing else was, and that He then created everything. The servant who invokes Al-Khaliq learns to know Allah through the witness of His creation, contemplates the wisdom of being, and recognizes that their own existence is itself a trust.

'Imran ibn Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Allah existed, and there was nothing before Him. His Throne was upon the water. Then He wrote the heavens and the earth, and inscribed every thing in the Preserved Tablet.'
