Al-Mubdi' declares that Allah creates everything for the first time, without precedent, bound to no model. In Surah al-Buruj 85:13 He says: 'Indeed, He originates and brings back.' Whatever law science discovers, every law has its own starting point—and that point is an expression of Al-Mubdi''s will. The servant who reflects on this name turns to Allah at every beginning in their life—a new job, a new marriage, a new tawbah—because the true Owner of every beginning is He.
