When visiting the sick
Recited 7 times when visiting the sick.
أَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ أَنْ يَشْفِيَكَ
Es'elüllâhel azîme rabbel arşil azîmi en yeşfiyeke.
I ask Allah the Supreme, Lord of the Magnificent Throne, to cure you.
If said 7 times, the patient will be cured unless their time of death has come.

Placing hand on the place of pain
Place the right hand on the area of pain and recite 7 times.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ (ثَلَاثًا) أَعُوذُ بِعِزَّةِ اللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ
Bismillâh (3 kez). Eûzü bi izzetillâhi ve kudratihî min şerri mâ ecidü ve uhâziru.
In the name of Allah (3 times). I seek refuge in the might and power of Allah from the evil of what I feel and fear.

Self-recited ruqyah for healing
Recited over the sick person or by oneself when ill.
اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ اشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا
Allâhümme rabben nâsi ezhibil be'se işfi enteş şâfî lâ şifâe illâ şifâüke şifâen lâ yuğâdiru sekamâ.
O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove the affliction. Cure, for You are the Curer. There is no cure but Your cure — a cure that leaves no illness.
The Prophet (PBUH) used to treat the sick with this supplication.

Patience during illness
Said to comfort a sick person.
لَا بَأْسَ طَهُورٌ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ
Lâ be'se tahûrun in şâallâh.
No worry, it is a purification, if Allah wills.

Protection from the evil eye
Recited upon children and family. The Prophet (PBUH) used to recite it upon Hasan and Husayn.
أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لَامَّةٍ
Eûzü bi kelimâtillâhit tâmmeti min külli şeytânin ve hâmmetin ve min külli aynin lâmmetin.
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from every devil, every harmful creature, and every envious eye.

General supplication for healing
Recited over a sick person.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ نَفْسٍ أَوْ عَيْنِ حَاسِدٍ اللَّهُ يَشْفِيكَ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ
Bismillâhi erkîke min külli şey'in yü'zîke min şerri külli nefsin ev ayni hâsidin. Allâhü yeşfîke bismillâhi erkîke.
In the name of Allah I recite ruqyah upon you, from everything that harms you, from the evil of every soul or envious eye. May Allah heal you; in the name of Allah I recite ruqyah upon you.

Protection from plague and affliction
Can be recited anytime, especially during times of epidemic.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبَرَصِ وَالْجُنُونِ وَالْجُذَامِ وَمِنْ سَيِّئِ الْأَسْقَامِ
Allâhümme innî eûzü bike minel barasi vel cünûni vel cüzâmi ve min seyyiil eskâm.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from leprosy, madness, elephantiasis, and evil diseases.

During fever
Recited for a person with fever.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الْكَبِيرِ، أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ عِرْقٍ نَعَّارٍ وَمِنْ شَرِّ حَرِّ النَّارِ
Bismillâhil kebîr, eûzü billâhil azîmi min şerri külli ırkın ne'ârin ve min şerri harrin nâr.
In the name of Allah the Great, I seek refuge in Allah the Supreme from the evil of every pulsing vein and from the evil of the heat of fire.
