Upon waking up

Recited immediately upon waking up.

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ

Elhamdülillâhillezî ahyânâ ba'de mâ emâtenâ ve ileyhinnüşûr.

All praise is for Allah who gave us life after having taken it from us and unto Him is the resurrection.

Starting the day by remembering Allah brings peace to the heart.

The Master Supplication for Forgiveness

Recited once in the morning and once in the evening.

اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ، وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ، أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ وَأَبُوءُ بِذَنْبِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ

Allâhümme ente rabbî lâ ilâhe illâ ente, halaktenî ve ene abdüke, ve ene alâ ahdike ve va'dike mesteta'tü, eûzü bike min şerri mâ sana'tü, ebûü leke bi ni'metike aleyye ve ebûü bi zenbî fağfir lî fe innehû lâ yağfirüzzünûbe illâ ente.

O Allah, You are my Lord, none has the right to be worshipped except You. You created me and I am Your servant, and I abide to Your covenant and promise as best I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge Your favour upon me and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for verily none can forgive sin except You.

Whoever says this with conviction in the evening and dies that night will enter Paradise; same for saying it in the morning.

Morning and evening remembrance

Recited 100 times in the morning and evening.

سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ

Sübhânallâhi ve bihamdihî.

Glory is to Allah and praise is to Him.

Whoever says this 100 times a day, his sins will be forgiven even if they were as much as the foam of the sea.

Morning sovereignty supplication

Recited in the morning. For evening, replace 'asbahnā' with 'amsaynā' and 'yawm' with 'laylah'.

أَصْبَحْنَا وَأَصْبَحَ الْمُلْكُ لِلَّهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ، رَبِّ أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ مَا فِي هَذَا الْيَوْمِ وَخَيْرَ مَا بَعْدَهُ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا فِي هَذَا الْيَوْمِ وَشَرِّ مَا بَعْدَهُ

Asbahnâ ve asbahal mülkü lillâh, vel hamdü lillâh, lâ ilâhe illallâhü vahdehû lâ şerîke leh, lehül mülkü ve lehül hamdü ve hüve alâ külli şey'in kadîr. Rabbi es'elüke hayra mâ fî hâzel yevmi ve hayra mâ ba'dehû, ve eûzü bike min şerri mâ fî hâzel yevmi ve şerri mâ ba'dehû.

We have reached the morning and at this very time all sovereignty belongs to Allah. Praise is to Allah. None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone without partner. To Him belongs all sovereignty and praise, and He is over all things omnipotent. My Lord, I ask You for the good of this day and the good of what follows it, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of this day and the evil of what follows it.

Calling Allah to witness

Recited 4 times in the morning and evening.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَصْبَحْتُ أُشْهِدُكَ وَأُشْهِدُ حَمَلَةَ عَرْشِكَ وَمَلَائِكَتَكَ وَجَمِيعَ خَلْقِكَ أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ وَحْدَكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُكَ وَرَسُولُكَ

Allâhümme innî asbahtü üşhidüke ve üşhidü hamelete arşike ve melâiketeke ve cemîa halkıke enneke entallâhü lâ ilâhe illâ ente vahdeke lâ şerîke leke ve enne Muhammeden abdüke ve rasûlüke.

O Allah, verily I have reached the morning and call on You, the bearers of Your throne, Your angels, and all of Your creation to witness that You are Allah, none has the right to be worshipped except You, alone without partner, and that Muhammad is Your servant and messenger.

Whoever says this 4 times, Allah will free them from the Hellfire.

Supplication for health and well-being

Recited 3 times in the morning and evening.

اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَدَنِي، اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي سَمْعِي، اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَصَرِي، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ. اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكُفْرِ وَالْفَقْرِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ

Allâhümme âfinî fî bedenî, Allâhümme âfinî fî sem'î, Allâhümme âfinî fî basarî, lâ ilâhe illâ ente. Allâhümme innî eûzü bike minel küfri vel fakri ve eûzü bike min azâbil kabri, lâ ilâhe illâ ente.

O Allah, grant my body health. O Allah, grant my hearing health. O Allah, grant my sight health. None has the right to be worshipped except You. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty. I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave. None has the right to be worshipped except You.

Allah is sufficient for me

Recited 7 times in the morning and evening.

حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ

Hasbiyallâhü lâ ilâhe illâ hüve, aleyhi tevekkeltü ve hüve rabbül arşil azîm.

Allah is sufficient for me, none has the right to be worshipped except Him, upon Him I rely and He is Lord of the Exalted Throne.

Whoever says this 7 times, Allah will suffice them in all their affairs of this world and the next.

Protection with Bismillah

Recited 3 times in the morning and evening.

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ

Bismillâhillezî lâ yadurru me'asmihî şey'ün fil ardı ve lâ fissemâi ve hüves semîul alîm.

In the name of Allah with whose name nothing is harmed on earth nor in the heavens, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.

Whoever says this 3 times, nothing will harm them.

Upon the fitrah of Islam

Recited in the morning.

أَصْبَحْنَا عَلَى فِطْرَةِ الْإِسْلَامِ وَعَلَى كَلِمَةِ الْإِخْلَاصِ وَعَلَى دِينِ نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَعَلَى مِلَّةِ أَبِينَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَنِيفًا مُسْلِمًا وَمَا كَانَ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ

Asbahnâ alâ fitratil islâmi ve alâ kelimetil ihlâsi ve alâ dîni nebiyyinâ Muhammedin sallallâhü aleyhi ve sellem, ve alâ milleti ebînâ İbrâhîme hanîfen müslimen ve mâ kâne minel müşrikîn.

We rise upon the fitrah of Islam, upon the word of sincerity, upon the religion of our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and upon the way of our father Ibrahim, inclining toward truth as a Muslim, and he was not of those who associate others with Allah.

Satisfaction with Islam

Recited 3 times in the morning and evening.

رَضِيتُ بِاللَّهِ رَبًّا وَبِالْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَبِيًّا

Radîtü billâhi rabben ve bil islâmi dînen ve bi Muhammedin sallallâhü aleyhi ve selleme nebiyyen.

I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, with Islam as my religion, and with Muhammad (PBUH) as my Prophet.

Whoever says this will be granted intercession on the Day of Judgment.

Declaration of Oneness (100 times)

Recited 100 times a day.

لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

Lâ ilâhe illallâhü vahdehû lâ şerîke lehû, lehül mülkü ve lehül hamdü ve hüve alâ külli şey'in kadîr.

None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs all sovereignty and praise, and He is over all things omnipotent.

The reward of freeing 10 slaves, 100 good deeds, 100 sins erased, and protection from Satan until evening.

Gratitude for blessings received

Recited once in the morning and evening.

اللَّهُمَّ مَا أَصْبَحَ بِي مِنْ نِعْمَةٍ أَوْ بِأَحَدٍ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ فَمِنْكَ وَحْدَكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ، فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ وَلَكَ الشُّكْرُ

Allâhümme mâ asbaha bî min ni'metin ev bi ehadin min halkıke fe minke vahdeke lâ şerîke leke, felekel hamdü ve lekeşşükr.

O Allah, what blessing I or any of Your creation have risen upon is from You alone, without partner, so for You is all praise and unto You all thanks.

Fulfills the gratitude for that day's blessings.

Supplication for pardon and well-being

Recited in the morning and evening.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ فِي دِينِي وَدُنْيَايَ وَأَهْلِي وَمَالِي، اللَّهُمَّ اسْتُرْ عَوْرَاتِي وَآمِنْ رَوْعَاتِي

Allâhümme innî es'elükel afve vel âfiyete fid dünyâ vel âhireti. Allâhümme innî es'elükel afve vel âfiyete fî dînî ve dünyâye ve ehlî ve mâlî. Allâhümmestür avrâtî ve âmin rav'âtî.

O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in this life and the next. O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in my religious and worldly affairs, and my family and my wealth. O Allah, veil my weaknesses and set at ease my dismay.

Protection from every direction

Recited in the morning and evening.

اللَّهُمَّ احْفَظْنِي مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيَّ وَمِنْ خَلْفِي وَعَنْ يَمِينِي وَعَنْ شِمَالِي وَمِنْ فَوْقِي، وَأَعُوذُ بِعَظَمَتِكَ أَنْ أُغْتَالَ مِنْ تَحْتِي

Allâhümmahfaznî min beyni yedeyye ve min halfî ve an yemînî ve an şimâlî ve min fevkî, ve eûzü bi azametike en uğtâle min tahtî.

O Allah, protect me from before me and from behind me, from my right and from my left, and from above me. And I seek refuge in Your greatness from being swallowed up from below me.

Supplication to the Knower of the Unseen

Recited in the morning and evening.

اللَّهُمَّ عَالِمَ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ فَاطِرَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ، رَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَمَلِيكَهُ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِي وَمِنْ شَرِّ الشَّيْطَانِ وَشِرْكِهِ

Allâhümme âlimel ğaybi veşşehâdeti fâtıras semâvâti vel ardı, rabbe külli şey'in ve melîkehû, eşhedü en lâ ilâhe illâ ente, eûzü bike min şerri nefsî ve min şerriş şeytâni ve şirkihî.

O Allah, Knower of the unseen and the seen, Creator of the heavens and the earth, Lord and Sovereign of all things, I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped except You. I seek refuge in You from the evil of my soul and from the evil and traps of Satan.
