الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الْأَذَى وَعَافَانِي

Transliteration

Alhamdu lillahilladhi adhhaba 'annil-adha wa 'afani

English meaning

All praise is for Allah who removed the difficulty from me and granted me well-being.
