يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ

Transliteration

Ya Hayy ya Qayyum birahmatika astaghith

English meaning

O Ever-Living, O Self-Sustaining! I seek help through Your mercy.
