Tashreeq takbir
From the Fajr prayer of the Day of Arafah through the Asr prayer of the fourth day of Eid, included, right after the salaam of every obligatory prayer.
اَللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اَللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اَللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، وَلِلَّهِ الْحَمْدُ
Transliteration
Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, la ilaha illallah, wallahu akbar, Allahu akbar, wa lillahil-hamd.
Meaning
Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest. There is no god but Allah. Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest. All praise belongs to Allah.
23 prayers: which day, which prayer?
The Day of Arafah is the day before Eid al-Adha. The takbirs begin after the Fajr prayer on that day and run through the Asr prayer of the fourth day of Eid, included: 23 obligatory prayers in all.

The ruling on the tashreeq takbir
In the preferred Hanafi view the tashreeq takbirs are obligatory (wajib) for every Muslim, man or woman; in the Shafi'i school they are sunnah.
